Be
coming an Avon Cosmetics Representative
My name is Christine Gilbey. I am 57 years of age, married with 4 sons aged 15 to 28.
We also have 2 Mad dogs, Tropical Fish, Koi Carp in the Garden Pond, and more recently.. 2 Corn Snakes and 2 Leopard Ghecko’s. I also breed Guinea Pigs for a Hobby.
I am also interested in Gardening, Knitting, Cross Stitch and Popular Music especially Boyzone and West Life.
I have been an AVON Representative for 37 years, had 4 children and never missed placing an on time order.
I started AVON to help out with the Household bills, and enable us to have a holiday etc.
I became a AVON Sales Leader 7 years ago, thought I would give it a go, instead of going back to work. Its the best Decision I have ever made.
I am now a more Confident, Outgoing person, whereas before Sales Leadership if I didn’t know someone, I wouldn’t start a conversation, I do now.
The difference Sales Leadership has made to me and my family is amazing, we have gone from existing to living, we had more money going out each month than we had coming in.
Now we can go on Holiday when we like. I can afford to let my children go on the School Trips etc, which wasn’t possible 7 years ago.
I have just been able to buy myself a new car, an 08 Astra Diesel, for which I was able to pay Cash. I have never owned a car under 10 years old.
Sales Leadership is not a get rich quick job, but is really something you can build for the future. If you don’t mind Hard Work, are determined to succeed, then the rewards are well worth the effort.
What other job would give you a pay rise every 3 weeks, if you are out there working.
